Flexible, non-chlorinated, non-asphalt spray coating for sealing out rust, corrosion and repairing leaks in metal or plastic condensate drain pans. Can also be used for repairing swamp coolers and cooling towers. Dries in 2 to 4 hours depending on heat and humidity. Coverage rate 12 to 20 square feet per can depending on thickness. Temperatures of product covered areas can reach up to 210 deg F before any deterioration of product occurs.
